Maintenance

May & Philpot employ qualified Chartered Surveyors who are able to advise on work required and oversee major work as and when necessary.

In addition there are other experienced staff with a great deal of experience in managing day to day repairs and emergency repairs and general maintenance. We work with a variety of contractors in many different blocks and are also happy to work with contractors chosen by block representatives.

We have long associations with a team of contractors who we can call in to complete most types of repair and maintenance. We ensure, however, that all contractors have Employee and Public Liability Insurance.

Our maintenance service is available on both the block management and assured shorthold tenancy management.
