John Naylor, MRICS — Partner
John is a highly experienced Surveyor with more than twenty-five years experience in property, twenty years as a qualified Chartered Surveyor.
He is ultimately responsible for all areas of property management, managing all departments, and is involved with the personnel and properties on a day to day basis.
Theresa Hustwitt, MIRPM — Property Manager
Theresa has been involved with property management for the last twenty-seven years. She is a fully qualified member of The Institute of Residential Property Managers. She has a specialism in and responsibility for, block and service charge management but has also dealt with assured shorthold tenancy, management and commercial property.
Her role is overseeing the administrative team and dealing with matters raised by owners and occupiers on a daily basis.
Suzanne Newton, MARLA — Property Manager
Suzanne is a Member of The Association of Residential Letting Agents and has been in property management for the past seven years. She has specialised in the management of assured shorthold tenancies and additionally has experience of commercial and service charge management.
Dealing with all issues including rent collection and maintenance on a daily basis she is qualified to advise and assist in all matters.
Qualification and Regulation
Individuals within our organisation are qualified Chartered Surveyors, qualified residential managers and qualified residential letting agents.
We are checked and audited by both The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and The Association of Residential Managing Agents and are fully compliant with the requirements thereof.
